At Shhhh! Haven’t Had My Coffee Yet, we believe the first fifteen minutes of the day are sacred and usually very, very quiet. We didn't start this roastery to talk about "complex notes of elderberry." We started it because we needed a coffee that was strong enough to jumpstart a brain and smooth enough not to ruin a mood.

We source our specialty-grade beans from high-altitude estates where the cherries are picked with care (and hopefully, a little bit of silence). Our roasting process is a disciplined science: we focus on "High-Octane Clarity," ensuring a rich, full-bodied finish that clears the morning fog without the bitterness.
